In 1993, Todd Swanson received his California Real Estate salesperson license. He knew that he wanted to help friends and families grow their nest eggs through Real Estate, and with the help of his wife, Lee, S3 Realty was born in 2008.

The team has since grown to include an Associate Broker, and both a dedicated buyer’s agent and a seller’s agent.

As a veteran-owned and family-owned business, S3 Realty serves all of Southern California. Our work is based on values, trust, and respect, and the Swanson team works diligently on behalf of our clients.

Backed by C2 Financial, Todd also owns and operates Swanson Lending, Inc. It is a perfect complement to S3 Realty. Clients really enjoy working with one broker for both their financing and real property needs. S3 Realty is headquartered near the Mission Trails Regional Park at the foot of Cowles Mountain in San Diego.
