In 1993, Todd Swanson received his California Real Estate salesperson license. He knew that he wanted to help friends and families grow their nest eggs through Real Estate, and with the help of his wife, Lee, Swanson Real Estate was born in 2008.
The team has since grown to include an Associate Broker, and both a dedicated buyer’s agent and a seller’s agent>
